Terms and Conditions
Responsibility
Responsibility of Win Tours Agency is strictly limited. As a tour
operator, Win Tours Agency organizes, promotes, and sells tour
programs consisting of certain travel services, including land, air
and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, and cruise/hotel
accommodations that Win Tours Agency purchases or reserves from
various suppliers. Win Tours Agency does not own or operate any of
these suppliers. Win Tours Agency is not responsible for any injury,
loss or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience
in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods
or services occasioned by or resulting from but not limited to -acts
of God or forces of nature, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection
or revolt, strikes, ammonal or terrorist activities of any kind, over
booking or down goading of accommodations,.
Cancellations
and Refunds
If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing. Cancellation
refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written
cancellation. All payments for travel services not provided to the
passenger shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions and in accordance with cancellation policy of Win Tours
Agency, unless the passenger otherwise instructs Win Tours Agency in
writing. Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, for all
cancellations we will refund the cost of your trip less the following

Air routings for the domestic flights in Myanmar are subject to
availability. Routings cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to change
at any time. Win Tours Agency is not responsible if an airline cancels
or delays flight or changes the routing. Win Tours Agency will not
provide any refund for portions of trips missed due to cancelled or
delayed flights or changed routing. If an air schedule requires an
overnight stay in a destination, Win Tours Agency can assist with
hotel reservations. However, if a flight requires a layover,
overnights are at your expense.
Domestic
Arrangements
The guests of Win Tours Agency will usually travel by reliable Air
Bagan and/or Air Mandalay and/or Yangon Airways. The maximum allowed
Baggage on domestic flights is limited to 20 kg for all domestic
flights in Myanmar. Travelers are to pay for the excess baggage to the
respective airline on spot. Otherwise, excess luggage can be left in
hotels in Yangon for collection on return from upcountry. Porter age
at the airports in Myanmar for one suitcase per person on tour is
included in the tour price. All domestic flights in Myanmar are
non-smoking.
Reservations will be cancelled if final payment is not received by the
due date and cancellation charges will apply. Tour prices stated are
per person and based on double occupancy. For changes you make to your
reservation, a $30 per person administrative charge applies. Changes
to departure date may incur cancellation fees. All changes are subject
to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If hotel accommodation or
domestic flight only is requested, a nominal fee of $30 will be
charged. If the file value exceeds $250, this fee will be waived.
Final payment by bank transfer for the tour must be received in full
by Win Tours Agency 4 weeks prior to the tour arrival in Myanmar. With
regard to bank charges/fees, Win Tours Agency shall absorb charges
levied by our bank, whereas bank charges/fees levied by the sender's
bank must be borne by the debtor.
Transportation
The guests of Win Tours Agency will travel in air-conditioned vehicles
for all tours and transfers in Myanmar. However, air -conditioned
vehicles may not always be available in some regions, and they should
be informed well in advance that the quality of roads varies
throughout Myanmar from reasonable to poor. Despite the efforts of
upgrading road conditions, long distance overland travel usually takes
longer than the traveler might expect and the average speed of travel
range between 50 to 60 kilometers per hour. The boat trips might take
longer depending on the prevailing weather and river conditions.
