GENERAL INFORMATIONBooking can be made directly to our Joy & Peace Travels Ltd ( Myanmar). Early bookings are recommended for all conveniences. 30 % deposit For all package tours (FIT/GIT) is requested upon confirmation and Half- payment should be made to the company two weeks before client’s arrival in Myanmar (or) confirmation letter of Cash payment on arrival should be received 2 weeks before the arrival date. Otherwise, the company will consider all the reservations null and void. No credit facilities and receipt of credit card is provided.

for the number of tourists reduced . VOUCHERS Vouchers attached with a copy of purchased itinerary are to be issued for all the arrangements required from us. NOTICE TO THE PURCHASER The purchaser is not permitted to change the following arrangements accorded in the package after being purchased from the company. Domestic flights, accommodation, length of stay, transportation, and other arrangements which has been made in order and confirmed by the company . Additional charges shall be paid for the usage of services and programs that are not included in the package. Any extra charges incurred will be at purchaser's own expenses. PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDE Return travel on domestic flights Hotel accommodation with breakfast Meals (Lunch & dinner) as specified in the package Transfers in & out of airport/hotel/airport and transportation as specified in the itinerary. Local language speaking guides( French/ English/ Italian upon request) fees as mentioned in package PACKAGE PRICE EXCLUDE International airfares Special arrangements requested by the purchaser Beverages, laundry, room service, telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, personnel and baggage insurance, and all other items which are not specified in the itinerary.
RESPONSIBILITIES The company shall not be taking any responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to person or his properties due to the negligence of person himself or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, natural disasters, dangers incident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, and due to the accidents, Natural disasters, Political actions and unrest resulting the delays or cancellation or changes in itinerary of schedules or any causes beyond the company's control and for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas, or other documents. The company will be taking it's right to alter, amend or cancel any of the arrangements contained in the itinerary as according to the unforeseen situations.NOTE: The package prices can be changed without notice due to currency fluctuation or increase in airfare. |
