Reservations
Reservations can be made in person, through e-mail or phone.
In order to make safe reservations for our clients, it is
highly recommended to do the bookings in person for those
staying in Myanmar directly to our head office. For the
outside clients please contact us to our E-mail address :

Payment Policy
Deposit
Every clients are subjected to pay the 50% of deposit
payment in United States Dollars upon their selected items.
The payment should be made directly to our head office or
via the telegraphic transfer to our bank accounts at least
before 25 days of the itinerary.
Final Payment
The rest 50% of total payment should be made on the arrival
day of Myanmar or one day before the commencement of travel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If any one of you couldn't make the reserved booking, please
kindly let us know as soon as possible through e-mail or fax
in written document. The received deposit payment will not
be refunded unless we could receive the cancellation letter
20 days before the commencement of travel.
Travel Insurance
Tour members are strongly advised to take out holiday
insurance policy personally.
Responsibility
Fairness Travels & Tours Co., Ltd act only as agents for the
person or companies providing services related to the
Tourism Services and assumes no liability or responsibility
for any loss or damages, accidents, death and injury to
person or property. But the required assistance will be
given for making the relevant claims.
Change of Prices
All prices are subjected to change without prior notice at
any time according to the changes of fuel charges, exchange
rates and etc.
