Yadanar Condominium, the first ever housing project was built by Chin Su (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. in collaboration with May Flower Trading Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of Agriculture. It is situated at 9th Mile, Pyay Road, Mayangon Township. The construction began in January 1994 and concluded in February 1995. The six-storeyed Yadanar Condominium measuring 256 ft x 120 ft is made up of 56 apartments.

       Yadanar Condominium is home of the headquarters or Chin Su (Myanmar) Co., Ltd., a sales centre of Myanmar Farms Enterprise, and some other companies / enterprises.
