Tour Price 

All tour prices are quoted nett in US$. Tour price does not include airport tax, Visa fee, Meal (not to listed ) Alcoholic drinks (except mineral water), additional tours and personal spending money . 

Payment 

Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer to Myanmar Investment and Commercial Bank. (MICB)
Advance payment of 50% is compulsorily required to be made on acceptance of the quotation and conformation.

Cancellation

30 days prior to arrival	NIL
21 days prior to arrival	20% on tour price
14 days prior to Arrival	30% on tour price
Less than 7 days prior to Arrival	50% on tour price
Arrival cancellation	100% on tour price

Child Rate

50 % off under 12 years 

Refund 

After commencement of travel, no refund either in full or part, will be given for unutilized services included in the programme . 

FOC Policy 

Every 16 member of the group will be given complimentary subject to a maximum limit of one FOC. 

Responsibility 

Our company's travel supply with railway, motor cars, boats, aircraft, providing accommodation, transport, other services, and assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss, damages, to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service.
