YANGON-KYAIKTIYO-HPANN-MOULMEN-INLE-MONYWA-MONGOK-BAGAN-PATHEIN-NGWE SAUNG BEACH-YANGON

DAY 01 YANGON ARRIVAL  (-,L,D)

Arrival at Yangon Airport. Warmly welcome by our company guide and transfer to hotel. Leisure at hotel. Afternoon visit include Yangon's colonial-style city center. Sule Pagoda :dating back over 2000 years ago, after shopping at the Bogyoke Market(Scotts) market; and with hundreds of food, clothes, handicrafts and gems stores. Excursion to National museum.proceed to the magnificent reclining Buddha at Chaukhtat Gyi. Sunset at  the world’s most spectacular monuments “ Shwe Dagon Pagoda”  and after a photo stop at the Karaweik Hall(floating barge on Kandawgyi royal lake). Dinner and cultural dance at “Karaweik Palace restaurant”. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 02 YANGON-BAGO-KYAIKTIYO (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, a drive to Bago(84 km – 1 ½ hours). Sightseeing starts  Kya Khet Wain monastery, an eminent teaching center for hundreds of monks from neighboring regions to study Buddhism. The tour continues to the over a thousand years old Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda with its spire taller than the Shwe Dagon Pagoda. Proceed to Kin Pun base camp (110 km – 3 ½ hours), lunch at local restaurant The tour will continue to one of  Myanmar’s landmarks, which is famous for its precarious position and religious importance : Kyaikhtiyo, "the Golden Rock" a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. To reach the pagoda from Kin Pun a steep 11 km road lead to upper staging point .The journey is made in open trucks, which are very crowded. The upper area must be traveled by foot at present, and the walk is approximately 4 km up a steep path which ascends some 500 m to the Golden Rock. If you wish to take a more comfortable approach, you can sit back and be carried in sedan chairs by four porters. This will incur an extra cost of approx. US$ 10 p.p . On arrival you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 03

KYAIKTIYO-THATON-HPANN     (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Thaton city sightseeing, lunch at restaurant. Afternoon visit  Hpann (The capital of Kayin State). Visit Thamanya Monastery. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 04

HPANN-MOULMEIN          (B,L,D)                                                                              

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Molumein. Visit Moulmein City sightseeing. Lunch and dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 05 MOLUMEIN-MUPON-KYAIKKAMI –MOLUMEIN  (B,L,D)      

Breakfast at hotel. Early morning, drive to Thanbyuzayat - 34 km from Mawlamyine which was a starting point of Deadly Railway connecting Myanmar and Thailand built by the Japanese during the World War II. Tour highlights are: Railway Museum; a Japanese built pagoda in memory of the Japanese engineers and prisoners of war; and a well kept Cemetery of allied soldiers. Then, proceed to Setse, beach to enjoy the simple sea beach of Setse. Lunch would be arranged by packed boxes. Drive back to Mawlamyine in the evening. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 06  MAWLAMYINE-YANGON  (B,L,D)                                                              

After breakfast, drive back to Yangon. Lunch at Mountain View Hotel in Kyeikhto. Arrive late evening back to Yangon. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Yangon.

DAY 07

YANGON-HEHO-PINDAYA-INLE (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Check out hotel and transfer to airport. Depart for Heho by flight. Arrive heho and proceed to Pindaya( 65km 1 ½ hours drive). Arrive Pindaya visit Pindaya stalactite and stalagmite caves in which countless Buddha images of different types and times exist. After that, trekking through the Pindaya mountain range to see the hill tribes, Danu, Pa-O and Palaung, their villages, their daily activities and their cultivation in the farm and tea plantation on the slope of the hill and the process of dry tea making from village of the mountain top, one can enjoy magnificent view over surroundings and proceed to Inle. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 08

INLE (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Inle sightseeing included local market in Inle lake region. Proceed to Inn Thein where you will find the beginning of a start path leading to the hidden and unknown Inn Thein Pagoda. Visit Inle Sightseeing include famous leg rowers, typical floating garden, local methods of fishing Village Life and magnificent scenery. Visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda. Return to hotel. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 09

INLE- HEHO-MANDALAY-AMARAPURA-SAGAING-MONYWA (B,L,D)                                                

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Airport. Departure for Mandalay by Flight. Arrive Mandalay and Proceed to Amarapura 15 km from Mandalay to visit Mahagandaryone Monastery where more than a thousand monks live and study. You will have the opporturnity to observe the monks having their last meal of the day in total silence. Continue to 200-year-old U Bein teak bridge , built in 1782 at the time when Amarapura was Royal capital. Lunch at restaurant, continue to Sagaing and visit Kaung Mu Daw pagoda and Sagaing Hill. Proceed to Monywa (150 km –4 hours drive from Mandalay). Arrive Monywa. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 10

MONYWA      (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to Jetty and cross the Chindwin river by ferry boat and proceed by pick-up or Jeep(40 km- 1 hours) to Phowin Taung, a seldom visit complex of cave temples and shrines, some dating back to 15 th century and containing about 450,000 images and some very fine mural paintings. Boddhitataung Pagoda; for its thousand Buddha Statues & Bodhi Trees. Return to Monywa and lunch at local restaurant Evening visit Kyauk Kha Village; famous for Lacquer ware industry. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 11 MONYWA-MANDALAY         (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning drive to Mandalay. Lunch at local restaurant. On the way visit former Royal capital (INWA) AVA, reached by shot boat trip Visit by horse-drawn carriage to Nanmyint Watch Tower, The remains of the place building nicknamed " leaning tower Ava" Mahn Aungmye Bonzan Monastery, built of brick and stucco, Bagayar Monastery , famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts. Continue to Mandalay. Arrive and check hotel. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 12

 MANDALAY-MINGUN-MANDALAY     (B,L,D)               

Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to jetty, cruise to Mingun by boat. Visit Mingun Bell; the world largest ringing bell, unfinished Pagoda, Myatheindan Zedi,home for aged .After sightseeing return back to Mandalay. Lunch at local restaurant . After lunch visit Mandalay Royal Palace, Shwenandaw Kyaung (Golden Monastery), Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the  world  biggest book, Kyauktawgyi marble image and sunset at Mandalay hill. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 13 MANDALAY-MOGOK         (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Moring drive to Mogok by car (7 hours-194km). Lunch at Let Pan Hla Village. Arrive Mogok. Sightseeing Kyat Pyin. Transfer to Hotel. Visit Phaung Daw Oo Buddha Image. Drive back to Hotel. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 14 MOGOK         (B,L,D)                          

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast visit vegetable Market and Ohn Daw mine. Lunch. Visit Thaphan Pin 4 feet mine, Kyauk Patt Stone Mine, Gems cutting, proceed to Padamyar (ruby) Pagoda. Dinner at restaurant. Ovenight stay at the hotel.

DAY 15 MOGOK – MANDALAY     (B,L,D)                                               

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast visit Gems Market. Drive back to Mandalay. Lunch at Let Pan Hla Village. Transfer to Mandalay.

DAY 16 MANDALAY- BAGAN        (B,L,D)
Morning Check out hotel. Transfer to Jetty.  Departure for Bagan by boat. Arrive Bagan. Transfer to hotel. Visit Bagan sightseeing included Myinkaba Village, Manuha Temple; built the Mon style in 1059 and follow on to Nanphaya Temple; a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of King Manuha, next you will explore the Myingaba Gu Byauk Gyi temple. Dinner and Puppet show at Sithu restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 17 BAGAN   (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast visit Nyaung Oo colourful local market, visit to the most significant pagodas and temples of Bagan including Shwe Zigon Pagoda ; built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine, Gubyauk Gyi; a temple with superb murals of Jataka scenes, Khay Min Ga Temple; noted for its panoramic view of the area's numerous monuments and Anada Temple with four Buddha standing Buddha images. Lunch at River View restaurant. Evening sightseeing include Mingala Zedi, Buphaya, and sunset at Shwe Sandaw Pagoda. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 18 BAGAN-POPA-BAGAN    (B,L,D)                                                                     

Breakfast at hotel. Morning visit to Mt. Popa ;(an extinct volcano) known as home of Spirits. Drive and climb up the hill. Enjoy panoramic view at the top of the hill. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch drive back to Bagan. Visit Nagayone Temple, Abeyadana Temple, Nan Paya Temple, Manuha Temple and sunset  at Mingalar Zedi.  Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 19

BAGAN – YANGON             (B,L,D)                                     

Breakfast at hotel, morning transfer to airport. Departure for Yangon by flight. Arrive Yangon.

Leisure at hotel. In the afternoon visit Botataung Pagoda near the river and the oldest Chinese

Temple in China town. You can see the sunset over the Yangon River at Nanthida Jetty. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 20 YANGON – PATHEIN          (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning transfer to Pathein by boat (17 hours sail). Overnight stay at the boat.

DAY 21

NGWE SAUNG  BEACH       (B)

Arrive Pathein and proceed to Ngwe Saung. Arrive Ngwe Saung Beach. Check in  Myanmar Treasure Beach Resort. Leisure

DAY 22 NGWE SAUNG BEACH    (B)
Fullday in Ngwe Suang Beach. Half day tours can be arrange to the nearby Elephant Camp (20 minutes drive from the hotel ), with excursion tours to "Moglis, Jungle Book " forest, walking or riding on Elephant. Return to Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.
DAY 23 NGWE SAUNG -YANGON  (D)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Yangon by Coach about 6 hours drive. Arrive Yangon and transfer to hotel. Leisure in hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 24 YANGON– TNANLYIN-YANGON  (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning drive to Thanlyin (Syriam): Port city of ancient Mon dynasty.       Visit Kyaik Khauk  Pagoda, Kyauk Tan Yale Pagoda. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch drive back to Yangon. Proceed to the famous "Strand Hotel". From here you take a guided walk through Yangon's old colonial city center (approx.1 ½ hours). Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 25 YANGON-DEPARTURE       (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Glass factory to watch the production of mouth-blown glass in the old-fashioned way. Lunch at local restaurant. Leisure time until departure. Transfer  to Yangon Int'l Airport. Departure by flight.
